I’ll Tell You The Moments I Miss And Tell Me Yours

While striving for success and for a better future, we could not deny the fact that we are also missing some important moments of the past.

To start and to make it clear to you, here are the things I’m missing now so much;

I miss the delicious and healthy food cooked by my mother.

I miss sleeping early in the night and waking up early the next day.

I miss swimming in the river with my childhood friends.

I miss watching kids playing along the street especially at dusk.

I miss planting and harvesting rice.

I miss driving my motorcycle.

I miss chatting with my parents and siblings over dinner.

I miss gathering firewood in the forest.

I miss eating street foods.

I miss playing with my niece.

I miss taking exams and submitting projects.

I miss sleeping under the tree on a hammock.

I miss my classmates and schoolmates.

I miss going to Fiestas.

I miss sleeping at the terrace.

I miss scrubbing and cleaning our floor.

I miss cooking rice using firewood.

I miss going to mass with my family.

I miss going to the market with my parents.

I miss hugging and kissing my parents.

I miss hanging out with my family.

I miss their smiles and laughter.

I miss attending mass in our chapel.

I miss surprising my family.

I miss going to the city with them.

I miss the weather of our place.

I miss the green mountains and flowing river.

I miss catching crabs at night.

I miss the chirps of birds.

I miss the sound of the rain.

I miss helping my siblings with their assignments.

I miss fetching them at school.

I miss serving the youths in our place.

I miss every single moment in the past.

After all, I’m just an emotional being. I am a human. I just miss all of them.

Now, it’s your turn.

What are your own past moments which you badly miss now?

Let me know by just typing them in the “comments section” below!

      Hi Pre Gidz,

Thank you for the comments. I can feel you now. As humans, we have all the tendencies to feel sad at times especially if we miss the happy memories we had in the past. Just acknowledge them and maximize your energies on what are the present things and opportunities you have. Above all, believe that our Lord will replace those memories with happier ones.

      God bless you pre!
